Super Air Carrier Design

Okay, this is a major first design of one of my three webcomics I'm "working" on called Law for Hire which I'm thinking on posting on Zuda Comics for their monthly comic contest they have.
Basically, Zuda Comics has this contest every month where artists posts in 8 pages of their entry, kinda lika a pilot comic if you may. The one who gets most votes and faves gets a contract where they can post a page every week for a year, and if people still like the comic you get a update and hopefully Zuda will publish it on a hardback copy book.
The problem however is that once you enter the contest, you can not post anything of your comic elsewhere, though I am not sure if it goes if you loose cause there are ALOT of fine print in that contract and I mean ALOT.
But I have been following the contests in a couple of months now, and I have a basic idea of what wins and not, so I kinda hope that this one will get favved.

Anyway, the premise: It takes place in a fantasy world called Den, a huge archipelago of hundreds of huge islands in the distant future (or the modern age to be more specific).
The Old Kingdoms have pretty much fallen after several Great Wars and it has become a more demographic community. But still, alot of the islands has become more or less lawless and hard to maintain.
Enter "Law for Hire", a population of noble orchs starting up a business as mercernary police enforcement with the motto "Protecting the law for the highest bidder". Traveling around on the "Krall" the most advanced aircraft carrier ever build, the orchs make sure that they protect the order on Den, while getting paid for it.
